NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS

OF ADDITIONAL

APPROPRIATIONS

    Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Shoals, Indiana, that the Town Council will consider the following additional appropriation in excess of budget for the current year at the Shoals Town Hall, at 221 Low Street, Shoals, Indiana, at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 19th, 2020.

Health & Life

Professional Services

Professional Services as needed     $5,000.00

Capital Outlay        $15,000.00

Repair & Maintenance - Fire         $3,000.00

Repair & Maintenance - Town    $3,000.00

Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government and Finance. The Board will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
