NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS
HEARING ON PROPOSED MODIFICATION
TO LOCAL INCOME TAX RATES
ORDINANCE #2020-16
Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Martin County, Indiana,
that the Martin County Council will consider at Shoals Community
Schools, 11741 Ironton Road, Shoals, Indiana, at 6:00 o’clock p.m. on
Tuesday, September 14, 2020, the following proposed ordinance regarding the local income tax imposed within Martin County:

ORDINANCE MODIFYING LOCAL INCOME
TAX RATES
MARTIN COUNTY
BE IT ORDAINED by the Martin County Council that a need now
exists to modify the local income tax rates imposed in the following
way:

the proposed local income tax rate modifications on Tuesday, September 14, 2020. Proper notice of the public hearing was provided
pursuant to IC 5-3-1.
DULY ADOPTED by the following vote of the members of said
Martin County Council this 14th day of September, 2020.
