Notice is hereby given that Lynda Delph-Lively was on the 1st day of December, 2021, appointed Personal Representative of the estate of Pamela Sue Delph, deceased, who died on October 3, 2021, was authorized to administer the Estate without Court supervision.

All persons who have claims against the Estate, whether or not now due, must file the same in the Office of the Clerk of this Court of Martin County, within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or the claim will be forever barred.
