By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Martin Circuit Court of Martin County, Indiana, in Cause No. 51C01-1811-MF-00324 wherein Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for Wachovia Loan Trust 2005-SD1. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-SD1 was Plaintiff, and Dale E. Abel, Darcus J. Abel and The Unknown Tenant were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20th day of August, 2019, at the hour of 2:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 318 Capital Avenue, Shoals, IN 47581, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Martin County, Indiana.

Containing 1.182 acres more or less.
