NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Martin County, Indiana, will accept sealed bids until the hour of 4:00 p.m. on November 16, 2021, for the furnishing and delivering of stone, cold mix asphalt, hot mix asphalt, fuel and other petroleum products, culverts, and gar-age supplies for the Martin County Highway Department for the year 2022. A detailed listing of the bid items may be obtained at the Martin County Auditor’s Office.

Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder’s bond in an amount equal to 10% of the bid price. Bids shall be submitted on forms prescribed by the State Board of Accounts with a non-collusion affidavit signed and notarized. The Martin County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
