NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that Qualified bidders are invited to submit sealed bids as described in this Document by Core Facilities, Inc., Construction Manager, for Martin County Courthouse, 129 Main Street, Shoals, Indiana 47581 at Martin County Courthouse, 129 Main Street, Shoals, Indiana 47581 until Friday, July 8, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. (local time).

Bid Opening: Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 5:30 p.m. on July 12, 2022, at 129 Main Street, Shoals, Indiana 47581. Bids received by mail or other carrier must be addressed to Core Facilities, Inc., c/o Auditor of Martin County, Indiana, 129 Main Street, P.O. Box 600, Shoals, Indiana 47581 and received on or before 4:00 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2022 to be valid. Bids received after 4:00 p.m. (local time) will be returned unopened.

Contract Type: All work for the project will be under contra-ct based on bids received from pre-qualified tier 1 bidders. Award of contracts will be in accordance with Indiana Public Bidding Laws.

Description: Work includes replacement/retrofitting of mechanical systems of Martin County Courthouse located in Shoals, Indiana.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory project walk-through meeting for interested parties will be held on June 21, 2022. Prospective contractors shall contact Core Facilities, Inc. to schedule time slot.

The Martin County Board of Commissioners and the Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive any irregularities in bidding. All Bids may be held for a period not to exceed 60 days before awarding contracts.
