PUBLIC NOTICE

The Southern Indiana Development Commission (SIDC) is soliciting proposals for the following professional services:

• Inspection Services

• Lead Risk Assessor and Lead Clearance Examiner

The above services will be used in conjunction with Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority (IHCDA) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for owner occupied housing rehabilitation in the City of Loogootee, unincorporated areas of Greene County, and the City of Linton.
