By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Martin County, Indiana, in Cause No. 51C01-1805-MF-00095 wherein NYMT LOAN TRUST 2014-RPI was Plaintiff, and Timothy Rogers, Rebecca Rogers, Calvary SPV I, LLC and Credit Corp Solutions, Inc. were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of February, 2020, at the hour of 2:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Martin County Jail, 318 Capital Avenue, Shoals, IN 47581, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Martin County, Indiana.
ALL THOSE CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN, MARTIN COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN BOOK 142, PAGE 673 ID #009-01030-54, 009-01040-55, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LO-TS 103 AND 104 ORIGINAL TOWN OF CRANE.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
