By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of  the Martin Circuit Court of Martin County, Indiana, in Cause No. 51C01-2202-MF-000029 wherein Citizens Bank, N.A., was Plaintiff, and Collin J. Padgett was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 21st day of February, 2023, at the hour of 2:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Martin County Sheriff’s Department, Capital Avenue, Shoals, IN 47581, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Martin County, Indiana.
