Clerk of Circuit Court of Martin County, Indiana, in Cause No.  

51C01-1606-MF-00106 wherein Ditech Financial LLC, Plaintiff, and  

Eugene Street, Deceased; Ruth Street, Deceased; Duane Street, Heir of Ruth Street; Karen Haefling, Heir of Ruth Street; Gloria Jean Cox,  

Heir of Ruth Street; Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Ruth Street; Estate of Ruth Street; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at  

public sale to the highest bidder, on 20th day of June, 2017, at the  

hour of 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Martin  

County Sheriff’s Department, Capital Avenue, Shoals, IN 47581, the  

fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Martin County, Indiana.

A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3,  

Township 1 North, Range 3 West, Martin County, Indiana, described as  

follows: Beginning at a found stone at the Northwest corner of said  

Quarter Quarter section; thence along the North line of said Quarter  

Quarter section, North 89 degrees 28 minutes 03 seconds East 652.90  

feet to a Mag Nail set in the center of the county road; thence all  

center of the county road, South 18 degrees 11 minutes 48 seconds East 140.16 feet, South 14 degrees 41 minutes 57 seconds East 279.13 feet, South 18 degrees 05 minutes 15 seconds East 46.45 feet, South 31 degrees 24 minutes 29 seconds East 37.59 feet and South 48 degrees 03 minutes 53 seconds East 30.70 feet to a Mag Nail; thence leaving said; South 19 degrees 59 minutes 06 seconds West 152.87 feet to a marked 5/8 inch iron pin (rebar with plastic cap stamped “ARENA S0242”); thence South 77 degrees 50 minutes 51 seconds West 154.86 feet to a marked 5/8 inch iron pin; thence South 83 degrees 26 minutes 27 seconds West 243.78 feet to a marked 5/8 inch iron pin; thence North 89 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds West 141.00 feet to a marked 5/8 inch iron pin; thence South 82 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 227.00 feet to a marked 5/8 inch iron pin on the West line of said Quarter Quarter section; thence North 00 degree 59 minutes 57 seconds West 728.63 feet to the beginning. Containing 11.729 acres, more or less.  

Subject to all easements of record and to the county road right of way.

survey completed by Bell Surveying & Mapping, Inc., as found recorded

Commencing at a stone marking the center of said Quarter Section;

Minutes 57 Seconds East 246.59 feet to a 5/8 inch yellow-capped rebar  

marked G.W. Bell S29400007 and hereafter referred to as a capped  

rebar, marking the POINT of BEGINNING.

Thence with a free line through the parent tract, NORTH 87 Degrees 49  

Minutes 32 Seconds EAST, (passing over capped rebar, at distances of  

434.12 and 699.21 feet and a steel fence post at a distance of 505.79  

feet) 716.98 feet to a Mag Nail in the center of County Road #7
