The State of Indiana to the Defendant(s) above named, and any other person who may be concerned.

You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.

The nature of the suit against you is:

Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate Against the property commonly known as 18135 Possum Hollow Rd, Shoals, IN 47581-7658 and described as follows:

The following lands and property, together with all improvements located thereon, lying in the County of Martin, State of Indiana, to-wit: A part of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 29, Township 4 North, Range 3 West, lying in Mitcheltree Township, in Martin County, Indiana, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a standard Martin County Surveyor’s concrete monument found marking the Northwest corner of the above said quarter quarter section; thence along the North line of said quarter quarter section, South 89 degrees 51 minutes 48 seconds East a distance of 441.48 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar with cap engraved “Sanders LS #20300052” hereon referred to as a rebar; thence leaving said North line and parallel with the West line of said quarter quarter section, South 00 degrees 15 minutes 57 seconds East a distance of 462.00 feet to a rebar; thence parallel with the North line of said quarter quarter section, North 89 degrees 51 minutes 48 seconds West a distance of 441.48 feet to a rebar, said rebar being on the West line of the aforementioned quarter quarter section; thence along said West line, North 00 degrees 15 minutes 57 seconds West a distance of 462.00 feet to the point of beginning. The above described tract contains in all 4.68 acres, more or less.

This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s): State of Indiana, John Jewell, Known Heir of Michael W. Jewell, Deceased, and Jesse M. Jewell, Known Heir of Michael W. Jewell, Deceased.

This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown: Teresa Jewell, The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Michael W. Jewell, Deceased and Yorktown Funding II, Inc.

If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response.

You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded, by the Plaintiff.
