Jacqueline Mary Milligan Cain, age 44, of Shoals, formerly of Washington, went to her Heavenly home on Sunday, December 27, 2020.

Jackie was born in Jasper, Indiana, on January 27, 1976, to Michael Milligan and Judith Ann (Drach) Watkins.

Jackie was a Special Deputy for the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department and bartender. She was a 1994 graduate of Washington Catholic High School.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and cherished every moment with them. She enjoyed being outdoors, camping, and fishing with her husband.

Jackie is survived by; her husband, Mark Cain; father, Michael Milligan; stepfather, Allen Watkins; children, Zachary Legg, Cody Milligan (Ashley), Mark Kevin Cain, Jr., Logan Cain, Jenna Marie Legg, and Jessie Denise Cain; three grandchildren, Khloe Snider, Kristopher Milligan, and Blaine Milligan; two brothers, Steven Watkins and Cory Milligan; and sisters, Mindi Marchand and Ann Skipworth.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Judith Ann (Drach) Watkins.

Visitation was held at the Gill Funeral Home, in Washington, on Sunday, January 3rd, from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. The funeral service was held on Monday, January 4th, at 12:00 Noon.

Burial followed in Sugarland Memory Gardens.
